GENERAL DESCRIPTION OZ9994
OZ9994 is a controller for offl ine AC/DC fl yback converter applications utilizing
quasi-resonant power conversion technology. One application using OZ9994 is for
driving the high power LEDs. The controller uses a compensated peak current mode
control to regulate the average current of the LEDs.
OZ9994 requires very low start-up current which maximizes the effi ciency of the
converter. It provides a proprietary (patent pending) dimming technology by turning
on/off the wall switch.
