GENERAL DESCRIPTION OZ9987
OZ9987 is an integrated current mode Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) controller that
is ideal for low power, offl ine, AC/DC fl yback converter applications. The PWM oper-
ating frequency is determined by an external resistor.
With a low start-up current, OZ9987 can utilize a large value start-up resistor to mini-
mize start-up power consumption. The line voltage compensation circuit provides a
constant power limit throughout the universal AC input voltage range.
